The Greater Licking County Convention and Visitor's Bureau has been a long time client of Cherubini Designs.  The original site we built for them won awards in the Visitor's Bureau world but had become outdated and needed a fresh new look.

After discussing the needs and the scope of the project with Executive Director Susan Fryer and Tourism Marketing Director Beth Kelly we settled on a complete overhaul of the site.  It was hard to say goodbye to such an appealing and popular site but hopefully we improved on an already great design.

The new site now includes listings of every member that can be managed and updated by the individual business owners.  They can add images, contact info, photos and even video!  This has become the go to guide for what to do, where to eat and where to sleep for incoming visitors.  We now include a google map with directions to every listing.

There is also an events calendar that business' can add their upcoming special events.  The staff can now regularly blog to their visitors and share news, press releases and updates instantly.

The newest part of the site is the addition of the email marketing system.  With our help we are building an automatic marketing system that can perform many tasks with no input from the staff once set up.  Some of these things include auto responders on sign up, automatic birthday or special event wishes that can include specials or coupons, pre written campaigns that can be set to automatically send at set intervals and keep the visitors informed and interested.
